In her role as admissions assistant, Kateřina supports the Admissions Office by coordinating interviews, managing documents, and assisting prospective students with their inquiries. Additionally, she helps students navigate the application process from start to finish. Known for her attention to detail, organization, and strong interpersonal skills, Kateřina is always ready to provide guidance and assistance to students and other stakeholders.

As financial aid counselor, Drake is in charge of the majority of scholarships for prospective students as well as a number of those for current students. In particular, he serves as the main contact for the First-Year Honors, Bilateral Recognition, External Distinction MA, Alumni, Community Engagement, and President’s scholarships. Additionally, he overseas the Bring a Friend Referral Program.

Romana works at AAU as the nostrification specialist. She is here to provide students guidance with all things related to nostrification and to answer any questions regarding the that process, including the review of students’ documents to make sure they are ready for submission. Do not hesitate to contact her with any questions you may have.

Romana has worked in customer service for some time, with a focus in education for the past several years. She has a bachelor’s degree in anglophone studies and loves communicating with people from all corners of the world. Her hobbies include travelling and attending comic cons, while she also loves reading, writing, and watching films, along with walks in the countryside and city.

Clea’s role is a pivotal one, helping to drive enrollment efforts and student support initiatives while ensuring they align with the university’s strategic goals. With an individual approach and extensive knowledge of the institution, she strives to ensure that every aspect of her departments is managed with the greatest attention to detail. She is also focused on continuously improving processes to enhance student satisfaction while contributing to AAU’s overall growth and success.
